Author(s): Alison Lester (Illustrator)
Part poem, part lullaby, this gentle story celebrates a baby's wonder at our beautiful world. From Australia's favourite picture-book creator Alison Lester comes a timeless book to share and to treasure. Now in a gorgeous board book edition.
The decorated classic Australian author, Alison Lester, creates just about the perfect baby shower or New Born birthday present with 'Kissed by the Moon'. Aimed at parents as much as their new baby, Kissed by the moon gives words to the hopes that every parent has for their new little person, "May you wake up to birdsong./ May the morning sun warm you, the evening breeze cool you,/ and at noon may you rest in the shade." with stunning illustrations through out. Great for fans of Oliver Jeffer's 'Here we are.' A staff pick of Bernice at the Dorothy Butler Children's Bookshop.
